Dispatch

If you order before 3:00 PM, your order without personalized items will be posted within 1 to 2 working days. Orders are shipped with Post NL or DPD and you will receive a link with which you can track your order.

Shipping personalized products

Personalized items have a shipping time of 4 to 7 business days.

Below 69 we charge €3.95 shipping costs. Above 69 you get FREE shipping!

Belgium

Below €89 we charge €6.80 shipping costs. Above €89 you get FREE shipping!

Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to €6.95 per package. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@liliiflora.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Personalized products

Products that you purchase through this online store are custom made according to the specification you enter. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.

Return costs

The costs for returning are for the sender.

Payment for return product(s)

As soon as your return has arrived with us, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Processing must take place within 14 days of receipt. If this is not the case, please contact us so that this can be resolved quickly.

Damaged items

If there are damaged items upon delivery, please report this within 5 days of receipt. If you notify us in time, the return costs will be credited and a new copy will be sent free of charge after receipt of the damaged item.
