Dispatch
If you order before 3:00 PM, your order without personalized items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are shipped with PostNL or DHL, and you'll receive a link to track your order.
Shipping personalized products
Personalized items have a shipping time of 1-3 business days.
Postage costs
The Netherlands
For orders under € 69, shipping is €4.95. For orders over € 69, shipping is FREE!
Belgium
For orders under €89, shipping is €7.95. For orders over €89, shipping is FREE!
Return
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are €6.95 per package. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@liliiflora.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Personalized products
Products purchased through this online store are custom-made according to your specifications. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the sender.
Payment for returned product(s)
Once we receive your return, we'll process it as quickly as possible. Processing should take place within 14 days of receipt. If this isn't the case, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged items
If any items are damaged upon delivery, please report this within 5 days of receipt. If you report this promptly, the return shipping costs will be credited, and a new one will be sent free of charge upon receipt of the damaged item.
