What is the difference between the basic nursing cloth and the luxury nursing cloth?

The luxury variant has a sturdier arch at the top that remains open wider and makes it even easier to use. Luxury fabrics are used that remain beautiful for longer.

Who makes the products?

I make the products from the Lilii Flora label myself with the help of a few workshops. Including Marleen from Marleen's Atelier . This ensures that the products are produced sustainably.

No, we do not have a minimum order amount!

You can pay with iDEAL, Mister Cash, Sofort, MasterCard, VISA and Klarna (pay afterwards)

For orders below €6 9 we charge €3.95 shipping costs. Above €6 9 you get FREE shipping!

Belgium

Below €89 we charge €6.80 shipping costs. Above €89 you get FREE shipping!

Who will deliver my package?
Your package will be delivered by Post NL or DPD.

What is the delivery time?

Shipping time is 1 to 2 business days. Personalized products usually have a longer shipping time. View the current delivery time in the banner at the top of the webshop

Is shipping to Belgium, Germany or France possible?
Yes, this is no problem at all.

Return

Can I return my order?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 (calendar) days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then receive your money back within 3-5 working days. The costs for returning your order are at your own expense, just like the shipping costs you paid for your order.

When will my return not be accepted?

- If the product has been worn/used and/or washed;

- Pacifiers and teething rings

- The product must be returned in undamaged and original packaging (bag or box). (labels are also included).

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalized especially for you.
